MY VISIT WITH MY FIRST GRADUATION FRIENDS

I had a good alumni meet at the most happening state in the Indian sub-continent. My past alumni meets where in i hadn't been a part of it because i did not like much to be with. However, thinking at various issues that circumstantially become a part of your life with your friends and influence upon which they have strived and struggled in life to be part of the new ventursome life in the middle age.
I had very tough choice to choose from various alternatives, many say that life starts at some good numbers and now the adage is true, many wanted to chill out for a day or two or more from the vexatious life they had struggling and being a responsible parent, they wanted to prove right that as part of this day to day struggle, i had a very rural background of higher education which i can clearly distinguish now, i had to take the initial leap towards betterment of life, with this aim  i had moved to my ancestral home and started making a new life and earning a decemt livelihood and wanted to be a responsible husband to my wife.
Sudden change in the minds of the friends group of my graduation had made me make this venturesome journey to the best beaches of India. I hesitantly went there and again the review of Degree days and blah blah blah blah went on, everyone is hiding their reality facts about their job, life, one is happy with kids, one is happy with life and one is un happy with work but all cribbing about many things been a part of the journey and visited many places, had a good drink with best served cuisines, however as a part of the enjoyment everyone had pooled up the monetary aspect and had good time, some remembering their old crushes and trying to identify and find out what went wrong in their earlier romantic life, some wanted to check why their friend requests are not being accepted now, some wanted to really find out what went wrong in various jobs, some really wanted to buy something big for his family, friends, friends, friends, they really do a lot of helping each other, one is un happy that he is not gifted anything inspite of all the good things he does.
Life is fun with friends especially with your first graduation friends, i had 5 of them after this initial stint of pursuits in education. I took the another strange step that is refraining from certain foods and choosing western cuisines, i wanted to be good with them by not making choices of new foods, i wanted to be with the Junta', that is possible but for what gains, i wanted to be happy and look a brighter side of life, few are struggling with some pressures and health issues creeping in at an age where your better half is still waiting for you at the end of the day, and the children waiting for a hope with new ventures at work and familylife, Life is great but the irony of it remains to be tested at every hour with new deeds and new challenges,

WE AS A GROUP ARE PREPARED FOR IT, WE FRIENDS ROCK ALWAYS AND BE HAPPY.HERE IS A GLIMPSE OF THAT DUSKY SUN TRYING TO SAY THAT THERE IS ANOTHER WORLD FOR ME TO MAKE A SHINE, I AM NOT TIRED BUT ARE YOU??? NO, NO, NO, IS OUR ANSWER, MAYBE WE AS A GROUP ALSO PLANNED AN ABROAD TRIP. WILL BLOG SOMETIME ABOUT IT.

careers in BPO are transforming into KPO.

now in the modern work places, the concept of services is quickly getting replaced by Knowledge Process Outsourcing Industry. The concept of BPO with a average knowledge workers is slowly taking a new transformation and is evolving into a new domain called KPO or Knowledge Process Outsourcing.

It requires a specific skill sets to get these jobs done in a smart way. The skill sets require for this job also change and we are here to apply more of a research based knowledge rather than a specific skill sets based job. We need to show exemplary skills in getting things done with Associates in these KPO's because they are specialised in a subject and majority of them are from a Masters Degree Background and they enhance their skill sets and presentation skills in a wider context and they demand a better pay also.

To be a knowledge skills based employee or Associate in a KPO is more prudent in a career than a BPO employee, because it is deemed as a service job with minimum qualifications required to do the job unless its counterpart which requires a specific skill set with more inputs from the associates demanding a more and decentralised learning skills sets. I have to demonstrate this with a more detailed instance or example attached to it. I take the example of a typical BPO kind of atmosphere where an employee who is purusing a Graduation is eligible to work in the nights with some extent of good verbal skills in English Language, they just start up the job with the help of some training inputs with a Voice & Accent Trainer then they undergo further a few weeks of Process Training and then from there till the employee changes his job he continues to take the calls within the single window of this product for which he has agreed to do the service through best speaking skills. His job begins with a few billing calls later onto the role of coaching few associates in other areas of floor operations and later on he becomes a Team Leader and from then he goes to become a Operations Manager in a span of around five long years of sleepless night and struggle. In the other patternised job called KPO. An employee with multiple skills sets and domain knowledge will tend to show an increased knowledge based job and he does the job of imparting knowledge on such domain or work area to his counterparts or clients in other countries, His concept of the subject has a broader sense and he covers all aspects of the operations including any modifications to the applications he uses as a part of the job or he does conceptualize a given Idea or Knowledge into more specific skillset and is now considered as a knowledge oriented worker with multiple skill sets. I have to remind all the readers that this is not an only optional phase of learning left for an Associate, he can gain on the knowledge to be a Process head in a span of few years or 3 years and can lead many associates at a time. The way the outsourcing industry is changing its span of  SLA's  is rapid and every employee who is in this rung of new knowledge based jobs is expected to be an avid reader with some explicit verbal and non-verbal skillsets. All together the un ending and never leave it half-way spirit of many of these BPO-KPO employee database has become a major chunk of economic contribution in INDIAN Economy and no doubt people are here to stay and the dominance of  knowledge being the prime resource cannot be outplayed.
